Why thank you! It's really easy to make! Replace 60g of flour in the shortcrust pastry (250g flour recipe) with ground hazelnuts Truth to be told, the pastry cream was a bit runny cuz I added way too much strawberry puree, so I'm still perfecting the recipe Hope you'll have better luck!
